Sunday morning asks for a special breakfast and that was successful today! We had breakfast this morning with a great double chocolate smoothie and you can see .. that was not wrong! For Liva we filled a big bottle and Timo and I both had a big mason jar, filled to the brim! All five of us had finished our smoothie within five minutes because my oh my, this chocolate smoothie is really the end! You look and think, that cannot be healthy. Fortunately, the opposite is true. This chocolate smoothie is really great for you. There are a lot of secret, healthy ingredients in this festive cup! To start with raw cocoa, but what you don't see is that it also contains quinoa flakes, flaxseed, a little chia seed and hemp seeds. This makes this smoothie a perfect start to your day, but also a great protein bomb. So when you have worked out this is a very nice smoothie to drink afterwards.
