Smoothies & (Smoothie) Bowls
Christmas is over and so it is time to pick up my normal diet again. Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas and the food is often even better. But after the holidays I can still enjoy making my own "simple" food and the regular portions! It seems like there was no brake this weekend! Yesterday when I came home after 3 days of partying with family and friends, I immediately filled the fridge with my normal food again! Beet juices, overnight oats, veggie burgers, oat milk and of course coconut yogurt. I've posted some recipes for homemade yogurt before but this one beats everything. Simple, tasty, festive and healthy! A perfect start to the day!
