This weekend we stocked up on the market with sweet potatoes. I think we had to drag at least five kilos towards the car. Well you may think 5 kilos (!), What should you do with that? I know it is a lot but I eat sweet potato every day. I bake them, cook them, roast them and use them with chocolate mousse and brownies. They are really so handy to have around the house.
