Easy vegan gingerbread recipe

Sinterklaas is almost back in the country and the shops are already full of spice nuts, speculaas and marzipan! Delicious but unfortunately there is not much choice if you want to eat vegan! Too bad because spice nuts are just my addiction. Time to get creative so I went into the kitchen to make them myself. After five tests, this recipe for delicious vegan ginger nuts has been devised. You only need a few ingredients and they are made within 10 minutes .. let the party begin! Don't feel like making them yourself? These pepernoten from the AH and other supermarkets are vegan !!
