Easy Vegan yellow lentil curry

This recipe is an absolute fluke. We were very hungry and decided to make something tasty for lunch with all the leftovers from the (fridge) cupboard. This is the result of this curry that is so good that we have to share this recipe with you. So you can see that you don't have to be afraid to try something new in the kitchen. A pinch of this and a bit of that and before you know it you have conjured up an incredibly tasty dish. Enjoy your meal!
