When you switch to a plant-based diet, you will have to get used to pancakes. Without an egg, these are a bit thinner, at least as tasty, but slightly different in texture. I secretly hate this because I like thick fluffy banana pancakes that you can eat as a meal. So I experimented for a while and guys, I found a recipe to make those pancakes vegan! The answer? Mix apple cider vinegar with baking powder! This combination does not only very well in this banana bread but also in pancakes. You may think gadver, that taste will dominate, but fortunately nothing could be further from the truth! When you mix the vinegar with the baking powder, the taste of both disappears ... ideal!

Oat flour (gluten free)
Cream of tartar
Coconut blossom sugar
