Granola bars with cranberries and date paste

Delicious granola bars packed with egg whites, fiber and good fats, deliciously sweet due to the date paste and crispy in the oven for 20 minutes! You can understand why I love homemade energy bars .. everything you need to perform well is in these bars! When I have a busy day, I like to know that I have enough and good food with me. Unfortunately, there is not an Ekoplaza or Marqt on every corner of the street where I can buy snacks for lunch. No, preparation is key for me. One of the things that is standard in my bag are energy bars. I don't have a standard recipe for this, but I usually do this with what I can find in my kitchen cupboard. Sometimes I use peanut butter as a binder, other times rice syrup but yesterday I went for homemade date paste. Ideal if you like a bit of sweetness but want to eat sugar-free. There will be many variations on this energy bar in the future, but today we start with these delicious granola bars with cranberry and date paste!
