These chocolate wafers are a variation on the old familiar banana waffles but even healthier (quinoa makes everything right) and even better! This waffle will do perfectly during the Easter breakfast, sweet and health so a party for the whole family! If you are not such a fan of chocolate, replace it with fresh fruit or raisins. You can go in any direction with these waffles so let your imagination run wild!
