I am always looking for alternatives to milk products. I have not eaten and drink this for a long time. Even longer than I eat vegan, simply because I am allergic to it. When I switched to a vegan diet and delved into vegetable food, it turned out that there are many substitutes, but even more recipes for vegan variations on milk products! I now make my own vegetable milk, yogurt and ice cream. Tasty, simple and healthy, without sweeteners and / or flavors, just pure, as it should be.
