As I wrote in a previous blog, I have never tried a detox. I do try to support my body with the help of my homemade juices. I drink pineapple juice on an empty stomach in the morning or in the afternoon as a snack. So today a delicious recipe for this juice with pineapple, ginger and lemon. Pineapple is a great fruit, which you can use as a base in your homemade juice. When ripe, it gives a huge amount of juice (1 pineapple equals more than 1 liter of juice). I love pineapple juice in combination with ginger and lemon. Wonderfully fresh and spicy at the same time. Perfect way to start your day. Do you prefer a hot drink in the morning? Then try this tea with goji berries and lemon!
