Are you also so happy with all those beautiful colors in poké bowls? I certainly do! You can vary endlessly with the ingredients and toppings, but this poké bowl with marinated tempeh is really my favorite. Super tasty and refreshing, especially during the warmer days. The bowl is also very easy to make. All it takes a little more time is to marinate the tempeh. No worries: that's just waiting time. Marinating is simply done in the refrigerator. Many of you have already asked for the recipe for this. I get that, because that marinated tempeh is just as delicious as it looks! Crispy, sweet, salty and spicy: WE LIKE!
