Puffed rice chocolate snack

What a party! I still have a nice recipe especially for the holidays, well skip that actually, but you will make this all year round. I used to find puffed rice the end, especially those in different colors. I recently saw them in a throwback thursday photo and since then I can't get them out of my head. I had to do something with that so I quickly ran to the nearest organic shop to get a big bag of puffed gluten-free brown rice. I thought you could eat them just fine too - not recommended! Barely taste and they are quite hard. No you better use them in a recipe like these puffed rice chocolate bites. Very easy to make, you can keep them in the freezer for at least a month, although I don't think they last that long! They eat away so easily and are so delicious that when you have one, the rest immediately goes after it. Fortunately, you don't have to feel guilty because these bites are (refined) sugar-free, gluten-free and low in fat. So an ideal snack. You can of course adjust the recipe yourself if you want them sweeter and do you like some cocoa nibs or coconut? Then just add it!
