What a great weekend it was !! The sun was shining and it was wonderfully warm! When I closed my eyes it was like summer again. My mood also included a cheerful snack! I have had a profile on instagram for a while and saw the most beautiful smoothie bowls there this summer. In all colors and sizes with superfoods, nuts and fruit as a topping. Awesome!! I didn't know these smoothie bowls (I just drank my smoothies from a glass) so I started experimenting and have had a favorite for 2 months! This quick berry smoothie is packed with goodies & healthy, is very easy to make and you can vary until you weigh an ounce!
