What is standard in your refrigerator? A friend asked me recently. She wanted to know what I eat every day from my recipes. But also what I recommended to make. For example, when she wanted to eat something healthy quickly or if she wanted a sweet snack. I have to say that my fridge & freezer are always packed and I don't know exactly what it contains. So once at home I took a picture and texted it to her. She already knew the most (granola bars, superfood truffles, quinoa porridge, raw brownies and homemade almond milk) but the dessert of the month not yet .. raw vegan cocoa mousse! I made this mousse during the holidays and now I can't live without it! Why? 1: this mousse is made within 4 minutes - 2: it looks exactly like regular chocolate mousse, but without whipped cream, sugar, butter and chocolate - 3: it is packed with healthy ingredients that give you a wonderful feeling of satisfaction and this mousse gives you a lot a lot of energy - 4 you need overripe avocados and bananas (normally you would almost throw them away while you are still making them tasty!)
