Rice, Pasta & Pizza
Curry has always been one of my favorite dishes but I only eat it outside the door. Once I tried to make it myself and it was a failed evening. The curry didn't taste like anything, I didn't choose a good combination of vegetables at all and the sauce was way too watery. Once and never again I thought after that. Until I was recently at Roots for our veggie burger workshop and there was chickpea curry on the menu (if you are in the area - run in quickly because guys, you can't miss this one!). This was so great that I couldn't wait until I was back in the area, I had to and could make it myself. So flown into the kitchen and I can tell you, this recipe is great. Not as good as I have eaten at Roots (the food is always better when someone else makes it!) But it comes pretty close! So hold on because this chickpea quinoa curry is going to change your life!
