Bliss balls or superfood truffles .. very popular among foodies. You can't view an account on Instagram without a great photo of this healthy snack. With goji berries, cranberries, pistachios and orange zest, they are not only very tasty but also look great !! (I often put them on the table when we have friends visiting with children .. they love all the different colors so they often prefer to try them over a lollipop!) The 'basic recipe' for these superfood truffles with maca and cocoa is incredibly simple, with 3 ingredients you basically have the bliss ball dough (date, almonds and water). Of course you can experiment from there, the dough is very sticky so you can easily roll it through nuts or dried fruit, for example.
