Lately I've been really into hot breakfasts, oatmeal, buckwheat porridge, teff and I have already eaten fried oats 15 times. Time for some variety and that will come today in the form of this delicious sweet black rice pudding! We almost ate this breakfast every day in Bali, so crazy that I haven't really tried to copy it myself. Until yesterday, I saw black rice at the organic shop and this immediately reminded me of that beautiful mornings in Indonesia. With some market fruit and my favorite coconut milk I am started experimenting and this was the result of this fine recipe .. Nutritious, easy and completely vegan! So if you are ready for some variety, then you really need this paste to attempt!
