I have already made many different vegan brownies. Based on sweet potato, black beans, pumpkin and even papaya. Sometimes baked, but actually I prefer a raw brownie. These are easy to make and ready! For the simplest version, you only need three ingredients, dates, nuts and raw cocoa. Just mix in the food processor, crush it in a brownie shape, put it in the fridge for a while and you're done! But if you have time now and you really want to make a luxurious version of the raw vegan brownie, then this recipe is just for you! Because oh my, this is really one of the best snacks I've ever made and eaten. The bite of the bottom together with the soft caramel & chocolate taste of the topping is really great!
