The tastiest vegan pancakes

At the beginning of the week, I shared my super easy healthy waffle recipe. These were received so well by you, that I would like to put a golden oldie in a new, healthy jacket. I am talking, how could it be otherwise, about the pancake! Pancakes are our little girl's favorite, she likes to eat them straight from the pile. The photo above is exactly the stack of pancakes I put in front of her after I took the photo. She then eats five of them in a row and takes a bite from the other pancakes (they are quite small). I am happy that I do not have to worry that she is consuming too many sugars, e-numbers or cow's milk because these pancakes are vegan and sugar-free. The only sweetener used is a ripe banana. So are you, like me, mom and looking for a tasty snack for your children or do you just want to spoil yourself? Do yourself a favor and then quickly try this fine recipe for real healthy pancakes!
