Texture of a regular brownie (soft with a crispy layer) but with the taste of speculaas. Guys, it shouldn't get any crazier! It is a good thing that this recipe comes on time because I think we can eat this delicacy every day, from the moment that Sinterklaas sets foot ashore. No bad fats or large amounts of sugar, just fine, beautiful ingredients that nourish and make you happy. Nothing more, nothing less.
