Ah, vegan burritos, I could eat these Mexican rolls every day. They are made like this (rolls vegetables in savory pancakes, seriously a child can do the laundry), you can vary until you weigh an ounce and actually they can't fail - recipe for success! It happens more than once that we eat burritos twice a week. Of course with different filling and a large salad. The most delicious filling of the past month?
