Vegan capuchins with bacon

We used to eat capuchins with bacon at home. My mom made a big pan and we often scooped up to three times. Yes I was a huge fan of this dish. The salty taste of bacon and oh capuchin .. delicious together! This weekend I realized that I have not eaten this for three years and that I needed to "vegan" this recipe. Challenge? Well not really! Only adjustments were the bacon and voilà. You will not find an easier dish than this :)
