This recipe is a delicious and healthier alternative to chocolate mousse. It is made from aquafaba, the moisture from a can of chickpeas. Honestly, on its own, this moisture doesn't look all that tasty, but you can make all kinds of divine baked goods and desserts with it. The granola in this recipe makes for a nice crispy bite, which makes this vegan mousse heavenly!
