The most delicious dips are made in this way, beet hummus, baba ganoush, tomato ketchup, lemon - tahini sauce and guacamole. All these sauces are on our table during the weekend, we dip our (sweet) potato fries, wraps, bread, carrots and other vegetables in this. Delicious as a snack and also very responsible! We have left over at the end of the weekend, we fill it with a container and take it to the office. This way we always have tasty fillings and we can let others taste (good way to sell your recipes haha). This weekend I made the best vegan guacamole. You would think that guacemole is always vegan, but many varieties are mixed with creme fraiche to make it nice and spreadable. Not necessary, not only is a good ripe avocado soft enough, you can make a very soft guacemole with a few pure ingredients. By pouring a little lime juice or lemon over it you keep it beautiful longer, so you can enjoy this great dip the next day!
