Do you fancy simple, fast and delicious? Let me introduce to you my new BFF! This vegan pasta pesto was my lifesaver last Friday. As you may know, we spend a week in New York (photos, vlog and hotspots to follow). Because vegan food in an airplane is just poop, we always take food with us. In all the hectic, we only forgot to prepare something, so we grabbed a simple pasta with pesto, the result? A pasta that many Italian would be proud of! ENJOY!
