Vegan pizza Margherita

Thursday evening was pizza night in my student days. All together on the couch, eating pizza, watching a movie and then into the city. At that time (3 years ago) I did not eat meat and fish, but cheese was allowed everywhere. So not so strange that I always ordered a pizza margherita, at home I threw extra vegetables on it so that it still felt a bit healthy! Now that I have been eating vegetables for over a year and a half, I have not eaten pizza for a long time. Making pizza myself always seemed to be a huge challenge and one that I had to leave to real Italians .. But tonight that will change because after a few tries I have discovered the best recipe for a vegan pizza base! This delicious vegan pizza Margherita is completely vegetable and gluten-free, made in no time and super delicious! Are you more into the pasta?
