It is getting colder outside so I am again looking for tasty winter dishes, which also do well during the December month. We used to eat pot pies, tasty ingredients mixed in a creamy sauce and finished with a crispy puff pastry crust. I thought this weekend that I have not eaten these savory tarts for centuries and that it was high time for a vegan version! I quickly went into the kitchen and found a tasty vegan alternative. However, I smuggled a bit since I did not make the food myself, but used Aunt Fanny's vegan (!!) puff pastry. On the other hand, you will be ready within half an hour .. I say do
