Vegan quinoa burger

Man oh man I have been messing around with veggie burgers and I am talking about the real vegan variant in which you do not use an egg. I had vegetarian for a while and then veggie burgers were a favorite. I was able to tie them with egg so they were made like this. But since I eat completely plant-based, these can no longer be found in my kitchen cupboard and the "good old fashioned" veggie burger has become quite a challenge. I tried to bind the burgers with linseed and chia seeds, working very wet (cooked beans, mushrooms and quinoa) but also very dry (soaked beans and nuts) products. No matter how good the burgers were afterwards, they ALWAYS fell apart. It's a shame when you have to serve people a sandwich with crumbs;) But you know what they say and since last week I have the answer to the question "how does my burger stay nice" and the answer is boiled quinoa and soaked lentils!
