Waffles with blueberries and coconut yogurt

Here it is finally! The blueberry waffle recipe I posted on Instagram last week! Many of you wanted to try the recipe (rightly, it's really delicious!) That I decided to postpone the blog I had planned for today to Wednesday and immediately post this recipe! These blueberry waffles are perfect for a Sunday brunch, but are especially good here as a snack here at home. Last Saturday I made a whole mountain in the morning, I let them cool off and then packed them. We had a day in Haarlem on the agenda and since we eat a lot, a snack is always good to have in your bag. This way we are never without and I always stay cozy (when I do not eat enough, an uncomfortable side comes up in me!) These waffles are an ideal snack, because they are a bit sweet, they also immediately satisfy your appetite for that chocolate cookies with coffee or a slice of cake at 4 o'clock! Enough reason to try them, I think!
