Chop the macadamia nuts into the desired size.
Mix the eggs, butter, cream, coconut milk and vanilla extract.
Add the macadamia nuts to the batter and stir. The batter will be quite thick. Add water to the mixture until it reaches the appropriate thickness for pancake batter.
Heat a big pan and distribute coconut oil evenly on the pan's surface. Use a ladle to put the batter in the pan. The batter will probably not distribute as easy as regular pancake batter. In that case, use a spatula or the bottom of the ladle to make flatten the pancake.
Allow the pancake to cook slowly, for a few minutes per side until bubbles start to form on the surface. Then you can turn it over. Serve warm.
