Almond milk

200 ml

Vanilla powder

Place the chai tea in a large measuring cup along with the rose buds. Pour the boiling water on top and let it steep for at least 5 minutes.

In the meantime, bring the almond milk with the vanilla powder to a boil in a saucepan.

Use a hand blender or milk frother to beat the milk lightly.

Divide the tea between 2 mugs (use a tea strainer to filter out the rose buds) and add the whipped milk.

Sprinkle with a little cinnamon just before serving.
