Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease 10 muffin tins or use paper tins.
Peel and grate the apples and let the oil become liquid in a pan.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon and salt well together.
Then stir coconut oil and eggs through the mixture into a thick batter.
Fold the grated apples and raisins into the batter.
Divide the batter between the muffin tins and bake the muffins for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and done.
