Preheat the oven to 345°F. Cover a cake tin with baking paper.
Peel and dice the apples.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl and then add the eggs, coconut milk and coconut oil.
Stir into an even batter.
Fold the apples and raisins into the batter and scoop this into the cake pan.
Bake the bread in about 50 minutes until golden brown and done.
