Chop the lettuce and fresh coriander, grate the carrot and ginger and drain the can of salmon.

First make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients well in a bowl

Mix the salmon into the dressing and divide it between large glass jars (Mason Jar).

Place the carrot grater on top of the salmon, then the romaine lettuce.

Cover with the fresh coriander and cashew nuts.
