Ingredients

For the meat seasoning:

Salt

Nutmeg

2 tsp

White pepper ground

2 tsp

Paprika powder

1 tsp

Onions powder

1 tsp

Ginger ground

1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Scrub the sweet potato thoroughly under the tap and then cut it into ¼ inch thick slices.

Rub the sweet potato slices with some coconut oil and divide them over the baking sheet. Roast in 20 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the minced meat herbs and use 2 teaspoons for this recipe.

In the meantime, knead the herbs for the meat seasoning through the minced meat and form small hamburgers.

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburgers until golden brown all around and done.

Also fry the slices of bacon until crispy and then cut them in half.

Take a slice of sweet potato, put 2 leaves of arugula on top, then a hamburger, a piece of bacon and an olive. Insert a skewer into the snacks to keep them in place.
