Carrot (in cubes)
Apple (in cubes)
Fresh parsley (finely chopped.)
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the bacon on it almost crispy.
In the meantime, put the carrots and apple in a pan with water and bring it to a boil.
Let it cook gently for 10 minutes.
Drain the carrot and apple and add olive oil and salt and pepper. Puree using a hand blender until smooth.
Sprinkle the bacon with some salt and pepper and serve with the carrot puree.
Garnish with the fresh parsley and optionally add a green salad.
