Preheat the oven to 340°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Chop the walnuts.
Puree the bananas with shredded coconut and salt in a food processor or blender.
Pulse the walnuts and chocolate chips through the mixture.
Use 2 spoons to form cookies the mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Press the cookies slightly flat with the back of a spoon.
Bake the cookies in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done, and let them scool completely before serving.
