Cut the cauliflower into florets and use a food processor with a grater to finely grind it.
If you don't have food processor, then you can put half of the florets in the blender and grind them finely. Put the "rice" in a bowl and repeat with the rest of the cauliflower florets.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the rice until al dente in 3-4 minutes.
TIP: Do you like variation? Then add some herbs such as curry or just garlic and rosemary to the cauliflower rice during its preparation.
