Coconut milk (can)
Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin powder over it. Leave this for 5 minutes.
Grate the ginger and cut into thin slices.
Stir the gelatin into the coconut milk until no lumps are visible, then add ginger, cinnamon and turmeric.
Bring to the boil and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Serve immediately. Add raw honey if desired, but let the drink cool for 15 minutes before stirring the honey through.
