Finely chop the coconut butter and then puree it with the blueberries, lime juice, honey and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Let the mixture set in the fridge for half an hour.

Use a spoon to create balls of the mixture. Turn it in circles between your hands. Place the balls on a large plate with baking paper and let them set in the fridge for another half hour.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and stir the coconut cream through. Let it cool a little.

Roll the blueberry balls into the chocolate mixture, place them on the plate with baking paper and let them set in the fridge for 1 hour.
