If necessary, clean the sole filet.

Mix coconut flour, almond flour, dill and pepper and salt on a large plate.

Sweep the sole through the mixture, making sure the fish is completely covered.

Heat the ghee in a frying pan and fry the breaded sole on both sides until golden brown and done, over a medium-low heat for about 3-4 minutes.

Serve the fish with lemon wedges.
