Knead the meat herbs through the ground beef and form burgers by hand. Chop the onion, dice the tomato and finely chop the garlic and coriander.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in it for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and done.
In the meantime, make the guacamole: halve the avocados, remove the seed and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados with a fork and mix with the red onion, tomato, garlic, coriander, lime juice, pepper and salt.
Serve the burgers with the lettuce and guacamole.
