Cut the iceberg lettuce. Cut the apple into cubes and slice the pickles. Then finely chop the dill.

Divide the iceberg lettuce over 2 plates.

Mix the remaining ingredients well in a bowl and serve on the iceberg lettuce.

Tip: You can easily make mayonnaise yourself by putting 1 egg, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and ¼ tsp salt in a bowl or glass jar in which an immersion blender just fits. Make sure that the bowl is not much larger than the immersion blender. Pour 200 ml of mild olive oil into the bowl. Place the immersion blender in the bowl and let it run for a while while standing on the bottom of the bowl. Rotate the immersion blender slowly while rotating until all the oil has been absorbed into the mixture and there is a nice thick mayonnaise in the pot. You are ready in 1 minute!
