Mix all the breakfast spice ingredients together and use 2 teaspoons of this for this recipe.

Grate the sweet potato, carrot and celeriac.

Chop the parsley.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken mincemeat loose and cooked.

Add the grated vegetables and breakfast spices and fry them for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Divide between 2 plates and garnish with parsley and pumpkin seeds.
