Cut the chicken fillet into strips.

Fry the bacon cubes in a frying pan until crispy, then remove them using a slotted spoon. Leave the bacon fat in the pan.

Fry the chicken strips all around brown and cook in the bacon fat in the frying pan.

In the meantime, make the dressing by mashing olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and anchovies into a smooth liquid.

Chop the lettuce, mix in the cucumber, chicken and bacon and sprinkle with the dressing.
