Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Roast and salt the macadamia nuts.

Grind cauliflower florets, plantain, macadamias and Za'atar in a food processor until a sticky mass forms.

Form burgers from the mixture by hand and set them aside.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry 4 burgers at the same time in about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and done. Do not set the heat too high, because these burgers will burn quickly.

Repeat with the other burgers.
