Combine coconut milk, maple syrup, almond paste and vanilla in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide ⅔ of the mixture into popsicle molds. The molds should now be filled more or less halfway.
Add the cherries to the mixture in the blender and blend again until smooth.
Divide the cherry mixture over the popsicle molds, put sticks in them and place them in the freezer.
Leave in the freezer for at least 6 hours, but preferably a whole night to harden.
