Do you prefer to start as nutritious as possible? Then try these chicken burgers with avocado dip. Full of tasty, but not too strong herbs and full of nutrients to get you started the day. You don't need more.

Chop the coriander. Grate the ginger.
Combine the chicken thighs, cilantro, 2 tbsp lime juice, ginger, coriander seeds and ½ tsp salt in a blender or food processor and grind coarsely.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, form 4 burgers of the mixture and fry for 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked.
In the meantime, mash the pulp of the avocados with the spinach, 2 tbsp lime juice and some salt and pepper.
Serve the chicken burgers with the avocado dip.
