Chop the onion, chop the shiitakes and chop the coriander.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries.

Rub the sweet potato fries with coconut oil and salt and pepper and spread them on the baking tray.
