Celtic sea salt
Cut the onion in half rings, cut the leek into rings, slice the celery and cut the asparagus coarsely.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onion gently.
Add the minced chicken and fry it loose, season with fennel seeds and salt and pepper.
Mix the leek, celery and asparagus into the dish and mix well. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for about 5 minutes, adding a small splash of water if necessary.
Just before serving, mix the arugula into the dish.
